A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total cost specified in the Rental Agreement.
Signed contract by the individual who is financially responsible for the Rental Agreement.
Rain plan is required for ANY use of outdoor rentals. Rentals cannot be delivered without a valid rain plan.
Client information including a valid phone number, address, event information, and event location.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event. Any payments not made on time will be subject to interest charges unless otherwise discussed with SVR.
Once final payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Any changes can be made to your order before the final payment is made (14 days prior to event) as long as the changes do not take your total invoiced amount below the amount you have already paid in.
1 Day Rental: Fees include possession of rentals during the time frame of the event specified in the Rental Agreement. Rentals must be dropped off and picked up on the same the day, unless otherwise discussed with SVR. Listed price of rentals will be charged per day of usage.
We have 3 tiers of rental order minimums based on location: Tier 1 - $500, Tier 2 - $1000, Tier 3 - $1500. Tiers and locations are outlined on a map of the areas we service and is available upon request.
No person/vendor should be making a profit off of the shoot (mini- sessions, workshops with a registration fee, rebranding and marketing, etc. Workshops where the shoot will be submitted for publication are okay!)
Images are to be shared with Savannah Vintage & Event Rentals in a timely fashion & with the understanding that they can be used for social media & marketing material (We will of course wait for any publication conflicts & give appropriate credit!)
Appropriate credit given to Savannah Vintage & Event Rentals in any publications, social media posts, “sneak peeks” etc.
A valid credit card will be required to be on file. Any damage to items from our collection must be reported ASAP. Items that require repair/ replacement will be charged to the card on file.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Once any funds are paid in, it becomes non-refundable. This includes a non-refundable 50% retainer and a non-refundable final payment.
No refunds for any COVID-19 related reasons.
Funds can be transferred to a new date at no additional cost for up to 1 year, but there are no refunds.
Rain Clause - Because we require a rain plan, there are no refunds due to weather.
Specialty items include specialty cut linens, and items that require SVR to manufacture, sub-rent, or purchase equipment. Specialty items are non-refundable once they have been ordered by SVR, or manufacturing of such items has begun.
SVR charges an installation fee of 10% of the order (minimum of $125), a retrieval fee of 10% of the order (minimum of $125), and a 10% preparation + cleaning fee for every order. This rate is subject to change on weekdays or based on terms discussed with your planner and/or SV+ER.
Travel fee is $1.50 per mile. Travel fees apply to all rental orders.
Client, Planner, or designated contact must be present at the time of delivery to sign for rentals. Client or client planner/contact is required to provide layout or information about placement in order for rentals to be properly set-up.
Day of contact information is required. Day of contact is someone we can contact for any questions regarding delivery, set up, or breakdown of rental order.
Client can opt out of set-up option should the client want to set up on their own. Some items may require set-up from SVR employees and cannot be moved once placed.
All tableware items must be emptied or void of any liquids/food particles and placed in designated containers provided by SVR at time of pick-up.
Fee will be charged for wait time if client exceeds the agreed upon drop off or pick up time by 15 minutes. $30 per 15 minutes of wait time.
All rentals must be transported in an enclosed vehicle unless otherwise stated by SVR.
Subject to fees if items are not picked up or dropped off at the agreed upon times.
Orders that do not meet rental minimums may qualify for customer pick up and returns. Not all rentals are eligible for customer pick-up and return.
Wait time for delivery, pick-up OR customer pickup/return: $30 per 15 minutes of wait time.
Tableware rentals not properly placed in containers and ready for pick up: $30 per 15 minutes of additional labor required to properly package tableware rentals.
Difficult delivery conditions - stairs, elevators etc.: Up to $100 per hour based on level of difficulty.
Damage to any rentals: Cost of any labor required to repair rentals or cost to replace rental item if it cannot be repaired.
